Committees & Groups Executive required to work near Didcot so you must own transport due to rural location.

Main Purpose of Role:

- Working closely with the Chairman, President & Senior Leadership Team to provide a professional and comprehensive administration service to the Board, committees and group
- Key to the role is the collaboration with people at all levels of the organisation and representing my client, across the committees and groups.

Role Responsibilities:

- Liaising with the Board, SLT, Director of Membership and chairs of the committees.
- Ensuring all relevant group members and associated stakeholders are communicated with and kept informed of any relevant information and activity.
- Organising and attending the regular meetings, including Board meetings (AGM and Past Presidents lunch meeting), Committees & Groups, drafting and circulating the agenda, minutes, action plan, reports and related documentation.

Skills required:

- Experience of supporting committees and groups is very advantageous
- Proven experience within a similar role demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively and adapt as priorities change, working flexibly and using their own initiative
- A balance of skills including strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner, calm and confident with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication and written skills
- Previous experience of minute taking
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
