If you have the energy and passion for fashion, design and home interior and have the ability to provide first class customer service then this is a job for you.

We require min 2 years experience in the fashion, sales or home interiors industry.( Essential)

knowledge of personal styling and to ensure you are active on keeping up to date with fashion trends and/or interior design

The position will require you to work during the week and Saturday with the availability to work extra hours during busy times including Sundays during December and the occasional evening for shopping events. This role will require you to work later in the evening if we carry out shop changes or window dressing out of shop opening hours and until the task is complete. The role will also require you to work over the Christmas period.

Full training will be given although confidence around customers and great people person is essential. Experience in retail/sales is essential. The role requires a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:
House keeping duties to ensure the shop remains organised, clean and well presented
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Be driven by sales and be able to upsell confidently and meet sales targets
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants and be hands on
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes via EPOS till system
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information and be keen to learn new products.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Actively promote brand marketing

- Have an keen eye for design and passion for colour
- Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- A background in retail /creativity /interior/sales/ or fashion industry is required
- A strong team player who is confident and can communicate well with a team and brings proactive ideas to generate new business and promote sales.
- Must be confident in working alone and within a team setting
- Reliable and excellent time keeping
