**Step Into Teaching** is a national programme designed to encourage more graduates to choose teaching in schools as their number one career choice. The programme has been designed to provide talented graduates with practical school-based experience that will lay the foundations for a long lasting and successful career in teaching thus, you will be playing a crucial role in identifying and recruiting the teachers of the future, today

The ideal person for this role will be extremely driven, self-motivated and display excellent communication skills, especially when negotiating and influencing. The recruitment industry is fast paced with many up’s and downs along the journey hence, interested individuals must be resilient and be able to multi-task whilst working under pressure.

- We are also realistic that business does slow down during the festive season so everyone is given 3-4 days extra holiday each year in addition to your agreed annual leave entitlement so you can finish just before Christmas and not return to work till the New Year
- **Our working pattern: 8.00am to 17.00pm - Monday and Friday from home and then Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in the office.**:

- All new starters are supplied with a laptop, headset, additional monitor & wireless key board and mouse to allow you to work seamlessly between home and the office.

**Remuneration Package**:

- Basic Salary: £22,500 - £30,000.
- **Uncapped Monthly Commission + Annual Bonus = (OTE: £35,000 to £75,000+).**:

- Annual Leave Entitlement: 21-25 days + Bank Holidays & Christmas closure.
- **Office Location: Leamington Spa, CV31 3RZ - Only a short walk from Leamington train station.**

**If you have not worked in the recruitment industry before, what can you expect a normal day to look like?**
- You will be responsible for attracting individuals for roles and matching their skillset to temporary or permanent positions with schools.
- **You will work to targets and be required to hit certain KPI’s in line with your individual job role.**:

- **You also provide advice to individuals to support their career aspects.**:

- You will make sales calls to new schools and develop new interest.
- **The role can be challenging, but also exciting as the profession is fast-paced, target driven demanding, however, it is also highly rewarding as you will be making a genuine difference to young people in schools.**:
