Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a full-time Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant position. This is a permanent role working in the further education sector with a wonderful team of 7.

**Description**

This will be reporting into the Management Accountant and will be a standalone purchase ledger role, with varied duties including:

- Processing invoices and credit notes.
- Performing regular supplier statement reconciliations, confirming all balances on internal system match supplier's statement, resolving any discrepancies.
- Communicating with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Filing all unpaid and paid invoices.
- Liaising directly with suppliers and internal purchasing team to resolve any invoice queries, pricing differences and invoice payments.
- Working closely with accounts team to assist various day-to-day accounts queries.
- Processing payments on a regular basis to suppliers.

**Profile**
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Relevant experience in a finance / purchase ledger role;
- Good computer literacy skills.
