**Procedure Writer - AML & KYC**
**Glasgow**

As a Barclays Procedure Writer - AML (Anti Money Laundering) & KYC (Know Your Customer), you will be responsible for documenting new KYC process resulting from change in addition to performing annual reviews to refresh and optimise existing content. As part of the Wholesale Client Onboarding Centre of Excellence, you will be asked to perform a wide variety of tasks. **What will you be doing?**:

- Utilising AML / KYC knowledge to create and enhance KYC procedures
- Ensuring processes and procedures continue to align with the Group Frameworks, Policies and Standards via the Annual Review process
- Guaranteeing changes are delivered with a control environment focus
- Collaborating with teams across Barclays to deliver changes in the most efficient way
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for processes, including leading and providing guidance on how teams execute against mandatory control requirements
- Working on a number of projects simultaneously and managing the priorities based on the impact of the change and its driver

**What we’re looking for**:

- Exceptional KYC procedure writing skills
- Experience in Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer industry
- Highly developed writing and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, robust analytical and communication skills

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience writing KYC processes and procedure documents
- Good understanding of AML, Sanctions, governance, and regulatory controls framework
- Familiarity with KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence processes
- Knowledge of Group Frameworks, Policies and Standards and operational implementation
