**We are looking for a Lead Producer to join our team**

The lead producer will lead the production of on demand content for Kaplan and work with internal teams on various video/audio briefs, ensuring that all output is high quality and delivered to schedule. They will have responsibility for setting up studio and location shoots, ensuring all material delivered is editorially accurate and technically compliant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Producer who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

This role will involve working from the office twice per week - with the rest of the week being worked from home.

**About You**
- Experience in organising and setting up filming on location.
- Use of professional media equipment (e.g. microphones, cameras, lighting, etc.)
- Skill in editing videos using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
- Able to create graphics and basic animations using Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe After Effects
- Microsoft PowerPoint - especially creating animations and motion paths
- Experience in creating AV media assets for use in learning resources.
- Well organised and can manage their own work schedule and others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong, accurate and grammatical written communication skills and good verbal communication skills
- Ability to both lead and work as part of a team and to support other team members in their activities if needed.
