AWE is currently recruiting for a Training Quality Coordinator.
In this role you will work with the Training Quality team and help coordinate the delivery of training and workplace assessment at AWE.
Location - Aldermaston
Salary - £33,400 - £37,000 dependent on skills and experience

In this role you will:
- Identification/record keeping of training and trainers in the business
- Record keeping of observations/feedback/development of trainers
- Establishing and enforcing a training observation schedule
- Manage formalised training documents - each training solution must have the required course documentation in accor in the required format
- Develop and manage a share point site for trainers in the business (this does not include all the content creation)
- Course creation on Minerva/ venue booking for train the trainer related courses
- Proof reading documentation as required
- Complete the quality control process for new and existing training
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Highley confident in Microsoft for review and reporting purposes
- Very organised and efficient
- Experience in a training environment - desirable
- Knowledge of the ADDIE model - desirable
