**The position**

We’re now looking at growing our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Team Leader to lead a small team in organising and streamlining production to support the manufacturing life cycle of 3D Printing. Working within our production department your main objectives are to:

- Managing team to meet tight deadlines.
- Planning and scheduling of jobs.
- Cleanliness and organisation of facility.
- Improving productivity.
- Improving quality and accuracy of components produced.
- Health & Safety of department.
- Conducting performance reviews.
- Improving standards and updating written procedures.

**Required attributes**
- 5 years team leader / management experience.
- HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with ISO9001.
- Practical experience of implementing Lean Six Sigma.
- Inspiring team leader.
- Good record keeping and likes being driven by data.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
