Having successfully launched the first YouthBuild programmes in the UK in 2019 and with the support of our partners we are entering an exciting growth period for our organization. Working with the
DWP we are on the cusp of launching two innovative Youth Hubs designed to support marginalized young people (Youth Partners) into work and further learning.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive environment that Youth Partners enjoy attending and that reflects YBVs core values
- Be the main point of contact for all stakeholders
- Provide mentoring and one2one support to Youth Partners
- Manage a triage system to ensure Youth Partners needs are adequately assessed and organizations are identified to support them with their differing needs. Ensure that each has a detailed action plan which leads them to a positive destination
- Work closely with our main partner DWP and their staff to ensure services are coordinated and all case information is shared adequately and appropriately
- Coordinate and promote an ongoing and varied programme of activities, sessions and events to support Youth Partners to improve their employability and life skills
- Create and maintain promotional materials for the Hub services in formats that are appropriate and accessible for all
- Deliver sessions across various topics (employability, life skills etc) to support groups of young people through their journey at the Hub and onto positive destinations
- Proactively source new partners and organisations to support the work of the youth hub and enhance the offer to Youth Partners
- With direction from the Hub Lead provide multi
- agency coordination for the Hub, ensuring Youth Partners needs are met at all levels
- Proactively source partners from a range of differing industries to provide quality work placements, work experience and further learning opportunities for Youth Partners ensuring targets are achieved
- Engage with the local community to promote awareness of the Youth Hub and build positive connections to community leaders and groups
- Maintain accurate and up to date data in line with GDPR compliance. Ensuring accurate recording of all youth partners accessing the Hub, ensuring their journey is tracked and outcomes are recorded
- Successfully line manage and support the Hub Support Officer including all HR responsibilities
- Produce regular reports to senior members of the Youth Hub team and steering group to ensure targets and deliverables are being met
- Maintain YBVs CRM system with accurate details of our youth partners progress, using this information to provide regular progress updates to the team
- Create detailed case studies for internal and external use
- Manage placement paperwork with the employer and ensure this meets any funded requirements
- Keep up to date and accurate records on work placements and contacts with young people.

- Education/Qualifications: _

Educated to A level or hold an equivalent qualification.

Qualification in youth work preferable or demonstrated experience
- Experience: _

Significant experience coordinating programmes/prorgammes supporting people into work.

Experience of sourcing and managing work placements.

Experience of setting up new processes and systems.

Demonstrable experience of working with employers.

Sound knowledge of safeguarding practices and policies

Good written and verbal skills.

Able to analyse problems and use judgment to propose good solutions.
