We are a volume retailer, specialising in outdoor leisure products, power tools, garden accessories and much more. Selling via our e-commerce platforms our customer base is predominantly made up of retail sales and a small group of trade customers. Growth has seen us increase our team and we have no plans for slowing down anytime soon

Due to continued expansion, we have several openings for Sales & Customer Service Administrators to join our team in the new year. Based in our Leominster offices this is a permanent part time position.
- **Who are you?**_
You will need to have confident office experience, possess a growth mindset and be flexible to changes. We are seeking a pro-active person who enjoys both working in a team and independently. You will definitely need to be very happy to roll up your sleeves and muck in to support the team wherever possible.

Whilst experience is preferential, it is not essential as on the job training is provided, however a keen eye for detail and a friendly manner is vital.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will involve:
Processing customer returns.
Researching and listing new products.
- **The Hours**_

This position has flexible working hours Monday to Saturday, ideally we are looking for full days 8.30-5pm however consideration will be given to all working patterns.

On rotation, (approximately 1 Sunday in 5) will require 6-8 hours overtime working from home covering out of hours customer enquiries.
- **The future**_
Our business is undertaking growing year on year. We have already outgrown the premises we acquired 6 years ago and are looking for more. We have set out strategic goals to multiply our current online sales which has seen us recruit a new marketing team. Our goals are aligned to have another exciting next 12 months, increasing our team and offering opportunities for staff growth, learning and development.
