**Responsibilities for the Receptionist will include**:
Greet and welcome visitors on arrival and direct them to the appropriate person
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception (Sign in book/visitor badges & ID badges for employees)
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a timely manner
Oversee the Liberty Reception inbox and manage all room bookings
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Prepare outgoing mail for collection
Support the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks
Raise invoices, arrange travel booking and organise buffet lunches
Help to maintain compliance within the office
Order stationery and other office sundries needed for reception
**What we are looking for in our ideal Receptionist**:
Previous reception/ admin experience and excellent customer service and communication skills. MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) essential.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and create solutions to day-to-day problems as and when they arise.
