Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities? We're looking for a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts.

**As a Recruitment Assistant, you will**:
**Partner with Hiring Managers**:Work closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

**Local Recruitment Campaigns**:Assist in organising and managing recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent locally and regionally.

**Support New Starters**: Help facilitate the onboarding process, including scheduling inductions, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one.

**Recruitment Administration**: Maintain accurate records, support the People Administrator with administrative tasks, and ensure all recruitment documentation is organised and up to date.

**Working Hours and Pay Rates**: Permanent contract, 40 hours per week over 5 days - up to £11.44 per hour depending on age. We aim to offer flexibility where we can with full or part time hours.

**Experience and Qualifications**
You may already be an In-house Recruitment Coordinator or have experience as a Recruitment Administrator which is great All we are looking for is
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail
- A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of a task or project and see through to completion
- The ability to complete work with accuracy with attention to detail.
- Be driven and able to multi-task under pressure
