**Role**

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our mouldings team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection mould machines, ensuring the production of high-quality manufactured products that meet the required standards.

The starting salary for the role is £23,322 per annum, working 39 hours a week with a 20 minute paid break. Working Monday - Friday, with alternating weekly shift pattern of earlies 6:10 - 14:10 and lates 14:00 - 22:00, finishing an hour earlier on Fridays. Recognising that these hours differ from a typical 9-5 jobs, we pay a **10%** shift allowance for the early shift and a **20%** shift allowance for the late shift.

**Key responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain injection mould machines
- Produce manufactured products according to specifications
- Monitor the production process and ensure that products meet the required quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and identify any faults or non-conforming products
- Report an issues or malfunctions to the Mouldings Manager or supervisor
- Pack finished parts as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
- Follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Record manufacturing process, parts made etc. on the ERP (Winman) shop floor data capture system
- Use SOP as instructed
