**Duties**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy and clarity
- Use photography and video editing skills to create visually appealing content
- Utilize e-commerce platforms to promote products or services
- Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and trends
- Proficient in photography and video editing software/tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread content accurately
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
