Senior Stylist

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing professional advice.
- Assist in front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance their skills.
- Upsell products and services to clients, ensuring they are informed about the latest trends and offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere that promotes teamwork and mutual respect.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in barbering, hair styling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
- A passion for mentoring others and helping them develop their skills.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a genuine approach to client interactions.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or beauty therapy are preferred.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and staying updated on industry trends.
