St John Ambulance, the nation's leading first aid charity, is seeking a Head of Clinical Operations to work alongside the Clinical Director in developing ,leading and delivering and maintaining the charity's clinical strategic direction in relation to eventcover, training, ambulance operations, support to young people programmes and community response. Key to the role is the development of clinical supervision and leadership at all levels within the clinical communities of our people.You will oversee thethe development and introduction of new allied health professional and associated skill set For consideration for the role you should have worked in a similar setting and have extensive knowledge of individuals requiring emergency and urgent care.

You will be a qualified healthcare professional & currently registered with the HCPC or NMC.

You should be able to demonstrate experience of building effective cross functional working relationships to drive the organisational agenda and be comfortable in maintaining and developing productive internal and external stakeholder relationships.

The post holder requires a high level of clinical credibility. You will be expected to be clinical 1 day per week. Post is 5 days per week out of 7 weekend working required. Hybrid working.33 days holiday per year Competitive Salary.
