General Labourer

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
- Support the window fitters on site
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision.
- Follow instructions from managers and lead fitters and contribute to team efforts effectively.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction environment is preferred.
- Physical fitness is necessary for lifting heavy materials and performing manual tasks.
- A positive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on various responsibilities is essential.
