An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Supervisor at The Bowling Green.

The Bowling Green is a large, family pub in the village of Charnock Richard, between Preston and Wigan. This historic destination pub first served as a coaching inn around 500 years but now serves a wide-range of food as well as award-winning beers and real ales.

Joseph Holt is an independent family owned company, operating over 120 pubs, restaurants and hotels within Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire, producing a range of award winning beers from our Brewery in Manchester. We are a friendly family run company that are passionate about what we do. With Joseph Holt you have a voice.

We are looking for an Deputy Manager to join the team at The Bowling Green who can
- Work alongside the Manager/ Assistant Manager in driving sales and volume
- Enjoy a busy, hands on role as Supervisor
- Help in training and developing the rest of the team
- Motivate and lead the team. -Showing high standards and ensure it is upheld in the managers absence
- Uses hands on knowledge to work in all areas of the business.

About You...
- Totally customer focused and passionate about the business
- 24 months+ experience working in a busy pub/ restaurant as a team leader or strong team member.

A love of good beer and food
