**We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant located within our The Edwardian Manchester**, A Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to our Maintenance teams at** **The Edwardian Manchester, as a Maintenance Assistant.
- Maintain the hotel on a daily basis to ensure effective running of the hotel.
- Coordinates and priorities the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders.
- Checks and monitors the completed work in order to ensure it is completed to The Londoner standards.
- Ensure Edwardian Hotel London adheres to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.

**About You**:

- You must possessive current hotel maintenance experience.
- Is fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
- Understand the requirements for effective water management.
- Has knowledge Environmental EHO acknowledgment.
- Is able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks.
- Understands the basic housekeeping processes and procedures
- Demonstrate personal ownership, team and motivational skills
