**The Role**
As a **Customer Assistant**, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and helpful service while supporting the wider team. From answering queries and offering advice to assisting with promotions and maintaining an excellent customer experience, your role is essential in making every interaction count.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting and assisting customers in a warm, approachable way
- Helping customers with questions, purchases, and product choices
- Maintaining excellent presentation standards across the workspace
- Supporting promotions, events, or product launches as needed
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep operations smooth and positive
