Document Controller/ Project Admin required for company supplying contract services to the construction industry. Experience in the Construction industry would be helpful but not completely necessary. Driver’s licence and own vehicle required due to location.

Location: Skyform Limited, Denton Wharf, Gravesend DA12 2PL

Duties such as:

- Asset management and the issuing of certificates
- Cover of the projects admin inbox and completing tasks sent through.
- Document control - managing of project compliance.
- Preparation of expenses for payment
- Preparation of payroll for permanent and self-employed staff
- Capturing of site paperwork
- Organise training when required and maintain training records.
- Keep record of and maintain the annual leave calendar.
- Handle post in and out
- Answer the phone and deal with general enquiries.
- Request IT and shared access for new starters
- Check and maintain office supplies including stationery, cleaning, and kitchen supplies.
- Maintenance of the vehicle fleet including booking MOTs, road tax renewals, payment of fines and licence checks
- Ordering of uniform
- General filing and office upkeep

Desirable Skills
- An understand of LOLER Regulations
- Worked within Document Control
- Have payroll experience.

Essential Skills
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Have a flexible, confident, and professional manner.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, changing, and demanding environment.
- Have a willingness to learn regulations and processes.
- Be confident in implementing new processes alongside the team.
- Able to work with people of all ages, nationality, and personalities.

The position is varying and would suit someone who enjoys undertaking a range of tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
