Due to continued business growth, we are now looking for a Production Operative

**Job summary**:
As a member of the production team, you are a part of the final stages of prototype assembly. You will undertake various combinations of project, primarily FMCG packaging that has been Digitally and Litho printed. This may be enhanced with Silk-Screen or embellished finishes and have 3D printed elements which may require spray painting to match the final product completed to a high quality standard.
- Communication Skills
- Computer literacy, Mac OS, Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing and realistic mock-ups.
- Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to think outside the box to address technical issues effectively.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, effective communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

**Desirable skills or experience**:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of packaging design principles, materials, and production processes.
- Prototype assembly experience.
- Flatbed Cad Cutting experience.
- Hot foil/embossing experience.
