We are looking for a Managing Consultant with a track record of previous consulting experience in Regulatory Affairs Labeling projects and Pharmacovigilance/Safety to independently:

- Lead work streams or sub projects to assess client’s current Labeling management process, governance, and technologies
- Build suitable client solutions
- Ensure the effective implementation of developed solutions.

**About the Role**:

- Lead a portfolio of complex consulting assignments to deliver innovative client solutions
- Lead the project delivery, multiple and/or complex projects, act as prime client contact
- Provide leadership, bring insight and gravitas to the analysis, design and implementation of projects
- Build executive level client and stakeholder relationships across projects and accounts
- Oversee effective project budgeting and financial controls to ensure profitability
- Provide thought leadership across Labeling/Regulatory Affairs and/or PV solutions and services
- Bring latest thinking and insight to develop industry-leading Regulatory Affairs/Labeling solutions/PV
- Lead working groups, forum discussions and content development to support our industry leading networks
- Build industry presence, networks, and drive business development
- Develop collateral for projects/domain areas e.g. author case studies, white papers, new concepts
- Be an integral part of the consulting leadership of Navitas Life Sciences to build and grow the business
- Conduct business development activities to drive growth - build relationships, conduct meetings, build proposals, close successful negotiations to secure project and account expansion
- Lead and coach direct reports and project teams
- Lead strategic themes, internal projects and/or business improvement initiatives
- Lead company meeting sessions, enthusiastically acts as a role model
- Willingness to travel globally - as needed
- Digitally savvy, comfort with virtual engagement and tools

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 10+ years in a business or consulting role of which:

- 5 years in a project management or leadership role
- 5 years in a regulatory or labeling/PV role in the life sciences sector
- Proven consulting skills to include:

- Programme and project management
- Knowledge of E2E labelling landscape and/or PV/Patient safety landscape
- Overall LS technology trends
- Understanding of Regulatory trends, core processes in Regulatory and PV Operations and deep Subject Matter Expertise in Regulatory Labelling and or PV
- Contextual understanding and experience in LS regulatory and/or PV Track record in driving growth.
- Digitally savvy, thirst to grow and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
