We are looking to recruit a **Fleet Administrator** to join our team in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
**About the Role**
Working closely with the fleet Manager, you’ll ensure the administration of the fleet is managed accurately on a timely basis, along with the following duties:
- Answering phone calls from operatives, operational staff, and management team
- Continual update of Central Fleet List including weekly & monthly reconciliations
- Updating Auto Pay Systems for Congestion Charging, Tolls, and Clean Air Zones
- Update Parking accounts and reconcile monthly
- Creating Purchase Orders for vehicle related repair costs, updating log and reconciling with any outstanding invoice queries from Suppliers
- Ordering & cancellation of fuel cards including monthly reconciliation
- Performing all aspects of administration including admin support to the wider Procurement Team (Procurement, Material, and Subcontract)
