The Cliff Hotel & Spa are looking for full-time, part-time and seasonal staff to join their Food & Beverage team, working in the Carreg Bar and Restaurant, the new Point Bar, the Island Bar and serving during Functions in the Ballroom.

Responsibilities will vary but can include - greeting customers and taking them to their tables, serving drinks at the Bar, taking food and drink orders, collecting meals from the kitchen and drinks from the bar, clearing tables, taking payments (cash and card); preparing the bars and restaurant for service, polishing cutlery, washing glasses etc.

The hourly salary for this post is above the current National Minimum and National Living Wage rates. The hourly salary noted for this post (starting at £9.60 an hour) is based on applicants being aged 23 years or over. Please note that if the successful applicant is younger the hourly rate may be less, £6.90 an hour if aged 20 or under, £9.25 an hour if aged 21-22.
