Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

**Our Role**

As Senior Sub-Contract Admin Assistant, you will cover all sub-contract admin duties while providing support to the sub-contract admin manager in preparation of payment runs, project work and all other sub-contract duties.

**Main Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- End to end processing of sub-contract payment certificates on Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
- Administering our sub-contract ledger including validating sub-contract and payment details.
- Preparation of weekly sub-contract payment runs including weekly audit of accruals, cash forecast and payment terms
- Building strong relationships with our commercial teams and internal stakeholders, alongside our subcontractors.
- Fulfilling any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Sub-Contract Manager.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Accounts payable experience is essential with a knowledge of CIS being advantageous
- Use of Microsoft Dynamics.
- The role requires the ability to work in an efficient and accurate manner and complete tasks to a tight deadline
