**SEN Teaching Assistant High Peak, SK - 105 per day Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 16:30 ASAP Start**

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic **teaching assistant** with experience supporting **SEN learners**? Long-term futures are proudly working with a specialist primary and secondary school in **High Peak (SK23)**, supporting children with **autism** and associated **social** and **communication** needs.

In this role, you will work closely with learners in **1:1** or **small group** settings, helping to foster a **positive** and **inclusive** learning environment where everyone feels **safe** and supported.
- Due to the location of this role, it would be advantageous to have access to your own vehicle to reliably commute. _

**How can I be successful?**
- You'll have **previous experience** supporting young children in classroom environments.
- Ideally, you'll have experience working directly with **young children** with **autism,** along with managing their **associated needs** and/or difficulties they may face.
- You'll be **patient**, **flexible** and able to handle **difficult situations** as they arise with a **calm** and **caring
