**The Company**

Highfield Professional Solutions is working on behalf of a multi-award winning Consultancy to source a Clerk of Works for the Surrey / A3 Corridor regional team. This successful team of experts work across the commercial, residential and hospitality sectorson multi-million-pound schemes.

**The Position**

As a successful Clerk of Works or Site Manager (with an interest in Building Regulations and compliance), you will be required to undertake and manage multiple new build residential projects with regular travel from your home to the various sites. The roleincludes but is not limited to:

- Being up-to-date on Building Regulations and compliance.
- Verifying compliance with contractual drawings, warranty standards and employers' requirements.
- Good observational skills to identify discrepancies and raise them.
- Writing reports with photographs to be submitted.
- Organising inspections with the client on possible discrepancies.
- Maintain good client relationship.
