Quality Assurance and Consistency Officer

The Quality Assurance and Consistency Officer will help us in delivering a first-class service within our Fitness to Practise and Inspections, Insight and Intelligence directorates, as well as supporting our Hearings and Governance services on a commissioned basis.
A key component of the role is delivery of a programme of quality assurance and compliance audits, taking on ad-hoc work such as supporting internal reviews and work conducted by external auditors and legal service providers.
**The successful applicant will**:
- Undertake a programme of **effective and timely quality assurance and compliance audits**.
- **Analyse data, report and make recommendation**s.
- Further **develop the directorates' quality assurance framework**.
- **Support and contribute to continuous improvement a**nd/or** project related work **across the Fitness to Practise directorate.
- Have **experience of completing audit and compliance work within a regulatory environment**; investigations, casework or legal services.
- Possess **strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as IT skills**.
