Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working with a leading facilities management organisation who are looking for an M&E Project Manager on an interim basis (minimum 6 months) in Wiltshire. The client are able to pay up to £350 per day (inside IR35). Based within their Facilities and Estates, our client is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent works projects undertaken as part of the rolling programme across the estate. There is a wide varietyof life cycle, trust variation and minor works projects covering all disciplines and is an opportunity to work at a critical site within a highly skilled workforce and control Estates Projects from feasibility through to post-occupancy and have a real impacton site across a range of projects. The successful M&E Project Manager will be responsible for: - full project ownership: Manage & deliver projects from inception through to completion to a high standard - the co-ordinate isolation of services utilising the appropriate Permit to Work (PtW) system. - chair and minute monthly progress meetings with the contractors to inform senior stakeholders of progress of the works, issues affecting the programme and any risks - the carry out periodic checks of progress against the contractors "look ahead" programm - reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, test and hand-over management activities. - provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership - prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project The successful M&E Project Manager will be able to demonstrate: - extensive experience in interpreting data, report writing and collating and presenting reports to management teams. - project management skills and working knowledge of mechanical Building Services projects with Contractors.
