**About Us**
We are Olico. We provide cleaning services to communal areas of apartment blocks. This means keeping the shared areas within our buildings clean - that’s things like the lifts, stairs, and entrance areas. Some of our buildings incorporate gyms, cinema rooms and other great features - all of which it’s our job to keep clean.

In this role you'll be responsible for cleaning the shared communal areas of our customer's apartment block - you would be expected to take ownership and pride in keeping it spotless. Although your supervisor will visit you regularly, you’ll generally be working alone and so will need to be a self-starter, hard-working and motivated, to make sure your building is always looking its best.
