Can you help us keep our firm running smoothly?
We’re looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities team in Edinburgh to support our office by processing mail, copying, scanning, and completing various other administration tasks. It’s a diverse role that will keep you engaged and challenged.
This role is more than just a desk job, where you’ll be a key point of contact for colleagues at all levels, making confidence and excellent communication skills essential. By ensuring a high level of service, you’ll be directly contributing to the quality of service we deliver to our clients. The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines, combined with a proactive and organised approach, is key to ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
