I am looking for MEP Design Engineers to join my client who are an international market leading MEP Consultancy. My client offers an award-winning engineering consultancy service with a creative team of engineers, designers and technical specialists, who provideinnovative solutions to complex engineering and design challenges for buildings.
Regardless of the scale or complexity of a project, they provide a full range of MEP, environmental and sustainability services, bringing buildings to life and ensuring that they perform in operation as well as they look.
This is a fantastic career opportunity for creative and driven Electrical & Mechanical Engineers in various roles to join a leading MEP Consultancy. The MEP Design Engineer will be responsible for meeting with Clients, producing reports, specifications anddrawings and delivering successful projects from inception to completion.
**Design Engineer Package& Benefits**:
Ø Salary £30,000 - £70,000

**Design Engineer Role**:
Ø You will be responsible for supporting and delivering designs for Data Centre and Mission Critical sector.
Ø You will work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and support staff delivering a consistent high-quality service for clients, ensuring that repeat and new business opportunities are developed, and profitability is achieved.
Ø The role is instrumental in helping to continue to grow and develop a team of technically competent engineers within this high performing sector, as well as seeking new opportunities to develop the business.
**Design Engineer Requirements**:
Ø Have a relevant experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and equivalent qualifications. Ideally have an industry recognised membership such as CIBSE/IET/ASHRAE/Uptime Institute.
Ø Experience of working on Data Centre & Mission Critical projects.
Ø You should have excellent technical knowledge in your primary discipline and a thorough understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process.
Ø You should have an in-depth understanding of modern technical delivery methods and should be competent in designing and reviewing information by others.
Ø You will have experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment, leading, motivating, and supervising more junior engineers.
Ø With previous relevant experience, you will appreciate the importance of complementary specialisms such as acoustics, fire engineering and computer modelling in the design of buildings and be adept at analysing and interpreting their impact on your work.
Ø You will have experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment, with excellent communication skills both internal and external clients, and a team-based work approach, you will appreciate that holistic working is central to good design and you willhave experience across a range of projects.
