**JOB BRIEF**
Ridiculously Rich by Alana are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in their bakery in Aberystwyth. You will be taking care of all our customer enquiries, responding to them efficiently and in a helpful and polite manner.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
With a variety of platforms and customers, this role requires someone organised, with excellent written customer service skills, a positive attitude and ability to manage their own workload.
There may be adhoc tasks on occasions as you will be within the office team, so on occasions may be asked to assist with printing, packing and general similar tasks.
**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Ability to work well individually, take initiative and contribute to a team
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure/to strict deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Focused and able to switch from task to task when required
- Excellent communications skills
- Passion and enthusiasm, positive attitude and motivated
The Customer Service Representative will be required to work from the bakery premises in Aberystwyth.
This role is for 4 hours a day, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 5pm-9pm. No training is necessary, but you will be required to come in for a few hours during the week to ensure you are fully trained prior to starting weekends.
(occasional overtime may be required during busy periods)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
