**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
Right to work in the UK
Minimum of 6 months recent and relevant care experience in a senior role
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents and other staff members
Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
NVQ 3 required
