We are currently looking for a passionate Waiter to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work Hospitality'. **What you will be doing?**
- Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant, directing guests to tables and providing menus.
- Booking any reservations and keeping reservations slots up to date
- Arranging tables and assisting with the preparation of floor
- Taking orders and delivering food to guests and assist them during their meal
- Assisting Chefs by sourcing ingredients from the stock room or the kitchen
- Keep the bar and drinks stocked with beverages at all times
- Clearing down tables and chairs after the events as well as assist in closing the restaurant after a shift

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience at a high pace restaurant environment
- Avaliable full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shifts
- Ability to provide guests with the up to date information and advice on food as well as beverage
- Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques
- Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members
- Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are always desirable)
