**INSTRUCTOR (HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE) (37 Hours)**
- Salary: £25,280 up to £29,087_

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate individual to complement our existing delivery team. As an instructor, you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of effective instruction and supervision of learners and apprentices working to national occupational standards. This will include demonstrating the correct industry practice, supervising groups of learners, and assessing competence in practical skills (including on-site assessment) using a range of resources and techniques.

Instructors will be able to support learners and apprentices to overcome problems and suggest different approaches to learning. The post-holder is expected to be an excellent team player, demonstrate consistently our college values and contribute to the safeguarding and wellbeing culture, ensuring positive outcomes for every learner and apprentice.

Applicants should have a relevant industry/sector related Level 3 qualification **and**hold or be willing to work towards assessor and verification qualifications. Recent and relevant training or instructing experience is considered advantageous but not essential as full training and development can be provided for this role.
