**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Energy Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Energy Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and new SME customers. You’ll be helping small to medium size businesses secure a better deal on their energy contracts, using a consultative approach to help them with a wide range of options to meet their needs.

**Salary**

Industry-leading compensation package: Base salary of between £25,000-£30,000 (DoE) + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses + daily and weekly incentives. Realistic OTE of £70,000+ first year.

Kinetic Energy Solutions is a start-up commercial energy procurement specialist, based in Manchester. We have an exceptional office suite with the newest technology, secure onsite parking, close to the Metrolink with Abraham Moss tram stop literally just an 8 minute walk away with the line connecting much of Greater Manchester.

**About you**

We’re looking for a self-starter with a winning attitude, who is driven, motivated and consistently meets targets. You’ll have a passion for finding new business and building relationships with your clients and have the strategic discipline to grow your portfolio through proactive customer engagement.

**What we’re looking for**
- Proven sales experience in a consultative sales environment
- Energy sector experience (Not essential but preferred; full training provided)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills - professional and articulate
- Ability to work under pressure when needed and achieve sales targets
- Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment
- Driven character, who is enthusiastic and passionate
- Self-motivated, with a drive and passion for success

**What’s in it for you?**
