Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waitress / Bartender / cocktail maker to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our patrons. Clean and polite presence is essential for this job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role essential
- Knowledge of basic bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
