I am currently recruiting for a Revenues officer to work with a Local Authority in the Greater London area on a contract basis.

The main purpose of the role will be

To assist with all aspects of debt recovery across the council in accordance with debt recovery collection policies

They will need to act as a single point of contact for Suppliers, Service users, and internal and external customers.

They will need to carry out a range of tasks including Housing rent Collection, including temporary accommodation, Council Tax collection, Adult Social Care budget and many more, which may include attendance at Court.

My client is looking specifically for applicants with previous experience in a similar role within a Local Authority or other Public Sector organisation.
