**Maintenance Supervisor**

Helix Energy Solutions is an international offshore energy services company providing specialist services to the offshore energy industry with a focus on Well Intervention and Robotics Operations.

Helix Well Ops (UK) Ltd (part of the Helix Energy Solutions Group) currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our onshore team based at our storage and maintenance facility in Dyce, Aberdeen, UK, on a full-time basis 37.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the Asset Maintenance & Inventory Manger, the Maintenance Supervisor is primarily responsible for the coordination of all maintenance performed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a central focal point for all Well Ops (UK) Ltd and 3rd party maintenance related work performed.
- Ensure assets are preserved and maintained in accordance with requirements.
- Support workloads of offshore employees carrying out maintenance.
- Ensure all activities performed within the workshop and yard are done so to a high level of safety & cleanliness.
- Manage the certification of all lifting equipment, forklift trucks and overhead cranes owned / operated by Well Ops (UK) Ltd.
- Perform occasional periods of offshore support as required.
- Support third party servicing schedules of overhead cranes, forklift trucks and company vehicles.
- Liaise with vendors and control rental equipment received.
- Ensure third party contractors, Helix employees and visitors are equipped with required PPE, identification, and inductions have been performed.
- Coordinate third party contractors when on site.
- Provide out of hours “on call“ cover when required.
- Assist with receiving and dispatching of stores to vessels as required.
- Ensure all equipment to be loaded out is safe to transport.

Experience/Skills required:
Good organizational / administration skills.
- Ability to work to demanding schedules in a productive manner.
- Good PC skills with a knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Familiar with current standards relating to the offshore oil and gas industry.
- Competent team player with good interpersonal and communicative skills.
- Strong Supervisory skills.
- Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality awareness.
- Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance techniques.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC processes.
- Working knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems
