**Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out**

An experienced Project Manager that specialises in Commercial Fit Out is needed to support an established main contractor.

**The Company**

The successful Project Manager will join a well-established company that delivers high quality commercial fit out projects.

This reputable and well renowned company has been providing creative and innovative turnkey solutions for businesses across the UK for over 25 years.

**The Project Manager Role**
- Reporting to Contracts Manager and Director
- Programming
- Managing Health and Safety requirements
- Set deadlines and delegate tasks to your project team
- Identify any potential risks and hold-ups on your projects
- Coordinating with all the package managers
- Chair project review meetings

**The Project Manager - Requirements**
- Project management experience
- Commercial / Office fit out experience
- On-site construction experience
- Great communication skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card
- First Aid
- Excellent literacy and IT skills

**In return**
