**Job description**:
The DIO Entry Talent Team has been established to deliver the newly formed DIO Apprenticeship Academy. The goal is simple.. To make the DIO an employer of choice for the next generation across the UK. Your initial primary focus is a rare opportunity to be involved in an impactful programme during it’s early stages, and see real evidence of your contribution.

You will be creative and contribute to the shape and development of the Apprenticeship Outreach Plan, both internally and externally.

Internal Outreach will require you to build the profile and opportunity of apprenticeships within DIO. Through a variety of creative means, you’ll get out and work with our existing workforce, highlighting to our business areas what relevant options are available to them as teams and individuals to further develop their capability.

External Outreach will enable you to tap into the wider employment market, and really focus on attracting the next generation of talent to join DIO. In support of our apprenticeship recruitment plan, You’ll passionately sell the benefits of undertaking an apprenticeship in DIO. You’ll do this by delivering a range of outreach activities both in person and remotely, including attending network events, jobs fairs, universities, colleges and schools to promote all that is great about working for DIO.

By being responsible for apprenticeship outreach, you will be making a significant contribution to DIO and its commitment to developing the next generation, and see real tangible outcomes for all your hard work.

This job role will be suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace, and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
