Denca Controls Ltd is a Widnes based Electrical Systems integrator that operates across the UK predominantly operating within the north west and surrounding areas.

Denca was established in 1995 and currently employ circa 100 people across engineering, design, software, control panel manufacture & administration.

We are looking to recruit a Buyer to take over the reigns (due to retirement) of our purchasing department. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person who can assist with our plans for growth.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Liaising and coordinating with in-house teams and key suppliers to ensure procured parts, products and materials are sought within a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining systems including our bespoke purchasing system and vendor managed systems
- Resolving and dealing with any supplier issues and supply chain
- Identifying cost savings
- Providing costs and lead times for new parts and materials
- Liaising with suppliers
- Dealing with supply issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good PC skills
- Good level of mathematics
- Recent experience of working within procurement and/or purchasing
- Electrical component knowledge would be beneficial
