Zenith Eco Solutions Ltd are looking for **qualified retrofit assessors / DEA assessor** to join our expanding team. Your role will include daily duties of the below under the energy company obligation scheme 4.
- Retrofit assessments
- Energy Performance reports
- Completing ECO Surveys
- Completing Private Surveys for insulation and heating

**The role will include travelling to areas such a Midlands, North Wales, Yorkshire, North West, Lancashire and Cumbria with some overnight stays if necessary.**

Experience in ECO as well as knowledge in building fabrics is essential and the applicant must also be accredited with **ECMK.**

We will provide you with a company vehicle and fuel card and any overnight accommodation will be paid along with expenses.

Customer service and communication skills is vital in this role.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- DEA: 2 years (required)
- Retrofit assessing: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- EMCK registered (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
