**Job Summary** and key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders are seeking a Property Administrator to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in **Lowestoft**. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
- Booking of property visits
- Data entry - both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
- Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Running errands within and outside of the office
- Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
