Due to a period of continued and increasing growth of our business, we are seeking to rapidly scale up our team to keep pace by adding additional Recruitment Consultants to our team.

It’s expected that you will be able to make an instant impact by helping us to manage our existing business (and benefit from the immediate commission-earning opportunities this offers) whilst you develop your client base, with our help.

We are an agile SME who can offer the opportunity to progress your career within our business in the way that best suits you. Tell us what you want to achieve, and we’ll work with you to make it happen from day one.

As a Recruitment Consultant with us, we can offer you a great package that includes:

- A generous basic salary of between £20k-£25k, depending on experience, and an achievable commission structure that pays up to 30% (no threshold) to fairly reflect the success you achieve.
- Fully remote or hybrid working options are available, but our office is open and is based in Maidstone, should you prefer to work from there (free onsite parking available).
- Opportunities to quickly become a manager of your team, within our business. We are looking for our future leaders.
- 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off and our office is closed between Christmas and new year.
- We down tools early on a Friday and share a drink to celebrate the week’s achievements.

We’d love to hear from experienced recruiters or salespeople from any background, especially those who want to transfer their skills and recruit for the IT/Tech sector, one of the most lucrative industries (all necessary industry knowledge will be provided).

Recruitment is a genuinely varied role which provides the autonomy for consultants to be their own boss.

Duties include:

- Using a wide range of techniques to capture the attention of, engage with and successfully win the business of clients in the IT/tech sector (a mix of industry-disrupting start-ups and established national and international businesses).
- Support both your own clients and our existing client base to secure the best available and most suitable talent, using a bespoke package of resourcing tools and revolutionary sourcing techniques.
- Establish yourself as an industry expert and a trusted partner within your specialist niche by using social media to promote your services and sought-after knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
