Gymnastics Coach

Zidannes Sports School Ltd are looking for gymnastic coaches that have the passion to teach children from 4-11 years.

You will need to have strong people skills, an energetic approach with children and enjoy building relationships with gymnasts, parents/guardians and co-workers.

**The right candiate will be added to the payrol as a employed staff.**

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Delivering high quality, safe, fun and structured recreational gymnastics classes to children from ages 4-11 yrs.
- Ensuring gymnast’s progression is up to date in progress booklets and online systems such as reports and awards for each individual child.
- Building a strong rapport and communicating with parents, teachers and coaches on a weekly basis within the lessons to ensure the lessons are the highest standards.
- To undertake all required programme training, ongoing training and personal development to maintain up to date knowledge and practice in the business.

- Ability to quickly build rapport with gymnasts
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Good at communicating with parents, gymnasts and co-workers
- A great team player
- Confident, enthusiastic and dynamic in their gymnastics provision
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to provide excellent customer service to customers

**Job Types**: Part-time can go into full time.

**Salary**: £25 - £35 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute to schools around edgware/mill hill.
