Due to continued growth, we are looking for an individual with a passion for self-development who loves a challenge, to assist within our office in West Bradford. The role of Sales Advisor is varied and rewarding with the ultimate goal to ensure our customers are provided with a high level of service from start to finish and that’s where we need you. **Your duties will include the following**:

- Recommend the most appropriate product or service to meet our customer’s needs, as well as assisting them with any technical enquiries they have
- Process customer orders placed over the internet, by telephone or at the counter
- Manage any returns or customer complaints
- Liaising with customers with regards to product repairs and warranty
- Invoicing product repairs and sharpening
- Assisting with despatches and helping pick orders when required
- Other varied duties as needed
- Assisting with Purchasing/Stock control
- Attending trade shows throughout the UK
- Marketing
- Working with our trade customers (on & off-site)
- Have a friendly and courteous attitude towards customers at all times
- The ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others to receive the best outcome
- Excellent verbal communication
- Have a willingness and ability to learn about our product range, including technical aspects
- Have the ability to work under pressure at times in a fast-paced office environment
- A can-do attitude with flexibility to do what it takes to get the job done

**Job type**:Full Time

**Hours**:Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) and some Saturday mornings (8am-12pm).

Hourly Rate: £12.75 - £14.00 (dependant on experience)
