Midweight Designer with 3D

**Role in summary**:
You’ll have the ability to think beyond-brief, working at pace to present the team and client with innovative new ideas and ways of doing things across a range of media.

Exceptional craft skills will be at the core of everything you do, enabling you to deliver exciting and clever driven design as is the ability to effectively problem solve.

You’ll have a great eye for detail and be able to create 3D visuals that range from the big; in-store point of sale, theatre units, experiential activations. Right down to the small; pack renders, asset creation and assisting in creating mockups.

**Role in detail**:

- Active champion and protector of both Zeal’s brand and the clients’ when it comes to design. All work is on brief, within brand guidelines and agreed standards.
- You understand the brands you are working with including their guidelines, verbal identity and strategy in order to add value to your work.
- Creating high quality 3D visuals using industry standard software, such as Cinema 4D
- Working autonomously for the most, consistently delivering beautifully effective work which demonstrates your technical skill and know-how. You’ll know when to ask for support and advice and when there is better expertise in the team, you involve others knowing the value they will bring.
- You continue to show the drive, curiosity and pro-activity to continually push the boundaries with your work, digging into the brief and forming a rationale and solutions to the client's problem through delivery of your work.
- You have an exceptional eye for detail and the craft of design, delivering consistent standards of excellence across all work and confident in reviewing your work so that it’s error free.
- This is a hybrid role that consists of a minimum 2 days working in the Manchester office based in MediaCity.
- Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Competent in using Cinema 4D (preferred), Blender or Adobe Substance
- Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite.
- A multi-tasker, confident in juggling multiple projects ensuring you’re hitting the brief every time.
- As well as core graphic design skills, you will have developed technical competence across 3D packages, in order to jump on whatever brief is put in front of you.
- Confident in championing your work, discussing any amends you do not feel fits with the original brief or brand, or those you are not clear on.
- Participate in photoshoots alongside senior colleagues, assisting to ensure they are delivered on brief and within client timeframes.
- A confident and eloquent presenter you can sell your ideas both to your peers and to the client. You’re confident, persuasive and passionate about your work.
- Adept in coaching more junior members of the team, taking the opportunity for regular teachable moments.
